Technical Overview
Overview & Function
The Lippert 383663 control module is the circuit board that commands slide-out room movement in compatible Lippert slide systems. It sequences motor drive, monitors travel limits, and enforces synchronization between dual-motor sides. A failed module typically causes dead, one-sided, or jerky slide motion with motors and power otherwise healthy.
Fitment & Compatibility
This module fits Lippert slide systems documenting control board 383663. Read the tag on the installed module before ordering, since Lippert slide generations use different boards. It mounts in the factory location and reconnects to the original motor and power harness.
Technical Construction & Specifications
The board carries the Lippert slide-control layout with OEM-spec drivers, limit inputs, and protection circuitry matched to the original. Connector positions mirror the factory board for a direct harness transfer. Boards are inspected for clean contacts before dispatch.
Installation & Maintenance Guidelines
Chock the coach and disconnect battery power first. Photograph all connections, transfer plugs one at a time to the new 383663, and verify grounds. Restore power and run the Lippert synchronization procedure, testing full extend and retract cycles before travel.
