Technical Overview
Overview & Function
The Coleman 36413 ParkPAC basement air conditioner delivers 13,700 BTU of cooling from an under-floor compartment through the coach duct system. Basement air suits diesel pushers and large coaches designed for it: quieter interiors without rooftop units, standing-height service access, and roof space preserved for solar and storage.
Fitment & Compatibility
This unit fits coaches engineered for ParkPAC basement air with the 36413 compartment, duct connections, and drains. Rooftop-system coaches cannot accept it. Verify compartment dimensions, power, and thermostat pairing against the original design.
Technical Construction & Specifications
The 13,700 BTU circuit packages compressor, coils, and blower in a road-protected under-coach enclosure with condensate management. Air handling matches the ParkPAC duct static design. Controls integrate with the matched wall thermostat.
Installation & Maintenance Guidelines
Lift or pit access with two technicians and power disconnected. Document all duct, drain, and wiring connections before extraction. Set the new 36413 on its mounts with fresh duct seals, wire per the diagram, and verify cooling balance plus drainage before service.
